Portable Crushing. Done On-Site. Done Right.

Process of On-Site Portable Crushing

1. Site Evaluation & Planning
Our team reviews your location, material type, and production goals to determine the most efficient equipment setup and workflow. We consider access, safety requirements, and desired finished product sizes.

2. Mobilization
Allied Rock brings a modern fleet of mobile crushers, screens, and support equipment directly to your site—eliminating the need to haul material to an off-site facility.

3. Material Preparation
Oversized rock or concrete is prepped as needed to ensure consistent feed into the crusher. Our operators monitor material quality to achieve the required specifications.

4. Crushing & Screening
Raw material is processed through high-capacity crushers and screening plants to create usable products such as base rock, road material, or custom aggregates sized to your project needs.

5. Stockpiling & Reuse
Finished material is stockpiled on site for immediate use, reducing trucking costs and keeping projects moving efficiently.

6. Site Clean-Up & Demobilization
Once production is complete, equipment is removed, and the area is left organized and ready for the next phase of your project.

Result: Lower hauling expenses, faster schedules, and maximum use of existing resources.
